  Disks of thinly-sliced cinnamon lace we created ring a happy mound of smiling mustard seeds and whole allspice berries (dyed red), all of it spilling over the loops of upside down acorn caps and unshelled hazelnuts, leaving the fence of one-inch cinnamon sticks laid flat as a simple balance to the piece. The base is black, painted 1/8-inch thick wood with a flat wire hanger built-in (hang or lay on flat surface).
