  More loosely composed doilies of our own creation, cinnamon lace, make a frill of the edging. Offset one-inch cinnamon sticks lay down to recall the flute she played in the yellow-green fields of summer, represented here by the ring of Japanese cedar blooms embracing the stack of green fennel and yellow mustard seeds tangled in with tiny cedar tree blooms. The base is black, painted 1/8-inch thick wood with a flat wire hanger built-in (hang or lay on flat surface).
